Dear Mother of the Bride

Your son or daughter’s special day is coming, and there’s a lot to organise and plan. Outfits, catering and venues… the stress of it all can add up. Inevitably as mothers we tend to put ourselves last during busy times like these. This is disastrous news for our pride, confidence and all the wedding photos to come! However, terrible event photos don’t have to be a given… it’s about time we change this trend.

Wedding photography is so important because it captures a story. A story that will be shown to friends and family, children and grandchildren… The flowers will wilt, the cake will be eaten, and the invites binned after the big day… but the wedding photos will be around forever.

We understand that it’s likely a busy time for you right now, but looking after yourself and claiming back your figure doesn’t have to be complicated. Let us do the hard work, and provide you with the guidance necessary for enjoyable, result focused sessions. Exercise can help to tone and improve your body image and confidence, whilst also helping you to relax, lower your stress hormones and increase your feel-good hormones. We could all do with a bit of that! Physical activity may just be the perfect break from all the stressful marital planning that you’re likely helping with.
