Personal Training

At Eastside Pilates and Fitness Studio, we offer personal training in a safe and friendly environment. You will be under the guidance of qualified personal trainer who ensures that you are trained to your full potential and work within your own limits. The setup and development of your program will be guided by an initial consultation with us and the results will speak for themselves!
Don’t settle for just any personal trainer when you can reach your goals safely with personal training at Eastside Pilates and Fitness Studio. We partner with you to understand and achieve your goals. We don’t believe in raising our voices to get results or pushing you past your limits, we just don’t believe this is a necessary or a healthy approach to training.

We offer personalised programmes for all levels of fitness and age, whether it’s focused on injury prevention; rehabilitation; weight loss; core function; flexibility; muscle gain or a combination of the above. All our trainers are highly educated and equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to provide the highest quality service.

  • Individual sessions may be purchased upfront in pre-paid blocks or via a weekly payment plan.
  • 2:1; 3:1 and small group training sessions can be paid in cash on the day.
  • Individual training is exclusive one on one training, whilst 2:1 & 3:1 training involves one trainer between 2 people or 3 people. Small group training involves one trainer between three to five clients at the same time. All group training prices are quoted as price per person.
  • There are no membership or joining fees required for any personal training services.

INTRODUCTORY CONSULTATION

  • The initial visit will be an opportunity to discuss your needs, you will be put through a movement assessment by a qualified physiotherapist to assess your pre-training abilities in order to assure you are trained in a safe environment and your progression is trackable.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • We require more than 12 hours notice for any cancellations, regardless of the reason. Cancellation of a session up to 6 hours prior to the start of that session will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellation of a session between 6 & 12 hours prior to the start of that session will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Block bookings must be paid upfront, are valid for 4 months and are non-refundable.

Payment

You can either pay upfront for a block of 10 sessions or if it is more convenient for you to pay a weekly, smaller payment then our Payment Plan or a pay-as-you go option may be for you! Private health insurance rebates apply.
