ARGH! Exercise…. the awful dreaded ‘E’ word.

It really can be so difficult to find the motivation and time to get out of bed and go for a walk, or even use that gym membership. For people with mental health conditions (anxiety and depression being the most common) it can be difficult to summon the energy to get on with your day, let alone exercise.
