One Small Choice – the 12 week program designed to move you toward your goal one small choice at a time.

 

At Aim Physiotherapy, we understand that wanting to make changes to your life is an extremely daunting process, where do you start? With so many areas of your lifestyle that might need a little or a lot of improvement, it can often seem too overwhelming to even begin.

With our new 12 week program, we guide you through the process of making one small manageable change to your lifestyle per week. As you progress through the program, these small changes gather momentum and add up to make a significant difference to your quality of life.

Our program is run by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, who not only specializes in the prescription of exercise for people of all ages, but also in behavior change techniques and strategies to ensure that you are well prepared for any hurdles you might encounter along the way.

We run a beginner, intermediate and advanced program to ensure you don’t feel out of your depth.

What’s included?

An initial consultation with an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, consisting of:

  • Comprehensive lifestyle assessment, covering aspects such as physical activity, nutrition, sleep and well-being.
  • Introduction to the program
  • Goal-setting
  • Guidance and advice
  • Planning for the initial 6 weeks of the program

PLUS 2 x review assessments with an Accredited Exercise Physiologist at the 6 week and 12 week mark to monitor progress, re-adjust goals and plan the final 6 weeks of the program.

Access to the MEMBERS ONLY Facebook group, with regular posts featuring information and advice on all lifestyle aspects, plus the opportunity for Q & A with our program directors and Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Access to 1, 2 or 3* x exercise sessions** per week, supervised by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist

*Depending on your program level. **Hydrotherapy available

A personalized program diary, used to:

  • Track your changes across all aspects during the 12 weeks
  • Reflect on your progress and keep you focused on your goals
